A delightful space sure to make you feel at home in the City of Colleges. Located in old town Conway, very close to downtown, Hendrix College, UCA, Conway Regional Hospital and so much more.
Enjoy a cute and comfortable living space, large kitchen and cozy dining nook in the main living area. One bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a vanity to get your day started. The second bedroom is a lovely queen bed. For your convenience both rooms have bedside tables with lamps, USB charging on both sides, closets with hangers and luggage racks to set suitcases on.
A dedicated workspace makes for a nice space to take a quick meeting or get some work done in a quiet place where you can focus.
Get clean! We've got you covered with shower gel, conditioner and shampoo in our bathroom and a laundry machine to ensure you're fresh during your time with us. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also available.
In the kitchen you'll find the essentials for preparing and enjoying a meal. Additionally, we like to make some locally roasted coffee available for our guests who can choose to brew using a pour over setup or the traditional drip coffee maker. We have the tea lovers covered with a kettle and small sampling of tea bags for your enjoyment.
We are new hosts, but as seasoned travelers we understand the practical details that improve your stay. Our space is used by our family and friends when they visit us, so we care about maintaining it and take pride in creating a comfortable and affordable place for those visiting Conway. Home rules
NO SMOKING or VAPING! We will charge a $250 damage fee for any evidence of smoking in our property. Please, no cigarette butts or other evidence of smoking outside or around the property.
Please no food or drinks other than water in the bedrooms.
Please wash your dishes after use, if dishes are not washed extra cleaning fees may apply.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please find separate bins for trash and recycling indoors and outdoors.
Please be respectful of our neighbors by refraining from being loud after 9pm. It's common sense - no loud music or other loudness outside, make sure the noise you make inside isn't audible to our neighbors. Basically the way you would behave as a good neighbor in any neighborhood.
No parties or gatherings of over 8 people. We understand you may be visiting family and have some guests for a meal or to visit, but absolutely no "house parties" or overnight guests other than the booking guests.
No underage drinking or other illegal activities will be tolerated on the premise.
No pets.
